We manufacture different models of Chlorine Gas Compressor of capacity from 300 cu.mtrs / hr to 1600 cu.mtrs / hr of volume displacement using con.sulphuric acid as sealing liquid. Also can be used for many inflammable, corrosive and toxic gases like Acetylene, Ethylene, Sulphurdioxide, Vinyle chloride & Fluorocarbons. Our Reference Machines are operating successfully in many chemical plants. What you see in the picture are the compressors kept ready for shipment, which is our main product along with connected system. These mainly consist of Head Cover, Wear Casing, Impeller,
Cone, Bearing Bracket, Shaft, Bearings, and Mechanical Seal etc. Castings are procured from the reputed foundries with ISO standards with our inspections like:-
Visual and Dimensional
Magnetic Particle
DP test and Radiography test.
The sample bar is also tested for all properties like chemical composition and mechanical strength. (As per standards of material of construction).
After the approval of the quality control the rough castings are taken for machining. They are machined to close tolerance and subjected to Hydro & Pneumatic tests (To the stipulated pressure).
The parts are assembled with the specific clearance as per standard. The Impeller (Rotor) is dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940 Gr.2.5 and taken for assembling.
The Compressor is tested with idle run for the check of bearing assembly. During this test the vibration and noise level will also be checked and confirmed whether they are well within the recommended limits.
